Mixing Bases with Corrie-Spun

Our new Corrie-Spun base is incredibly versatile. Soft enough to use for an entire project, or work it into a colorwork project as a solid pop of color. This is what I did with my "Popinjay," written by Karolina Adamcyk. I used Corrie-Spun DK in "1984" to knit the brim and ground the whole hat design, and Ewetopia DK in "Thorn Bush" and "Charon" for contrast.

Knitting with Faun

Faun is on of my favorite bases to wear against my skin. It may ony have 10% Cashmere, but you can really feel it! Here I've knit up "Garden Gate," a pattern written by Jennifer Steingass, using Faun in colorways "The Black Shuck" (MC) and "Charon" (CC). Blocking this base really helps open up the fabric, and it becomes a very comfortable and breathable garment.
